Donations & Refunds Policy

Online donations are not active during the governance-first launch phase. Donation functionality should be activated only after the legal structure, trustees/directors, dedicated bank account and payment provider controls are confirmed.

Future donation principles

• Donation purpose and restrictions should be clear before funds are accepted.
• Receipts should be issued automatically where appropriate.
• Refund requests should be considered transparently and in line with legal and payment-provider obligations.
• Gift Aid must not be offered unless eligibility and HMRC recognition are confirmed.
