Safeguarding Policy

Wilmonde Foundation™ intends to operate with safeguarding as a core principle, especially where youth, sport, education or community activity is involved.

Core commitments

• Prioritise the safety and dignity of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
• Use appropriate checks, reporting routes and supervision for activities involving young people.
• Work with qualified partners where specialist safeguarding processes are required.
• Record concerns and escalate appropriately.

Before programme launch

Programme-specific safeguarding procedures should be approved before any direct activity with beneficiaries begins.
